Ronit Novak is the current Photo Editor at Canadian Business, MoneySense, and PROFIT and has also photo edited at Maclean's, Toronto Life, Fashion, More, Dose, and Shameless magazines. As a documentary photographer she has shot photo essays such as PRISON: Babies raised in maximum security in Mexico City, as well as other topics. An avid alternative processes photographer, she ranges in techniques from Ambrotype to Gum Bichromate to Cyanotype. Ronit is a graduate of York University, with a Specialized Honours in Photography and the Creative Process. She teaches post-secondary level History of Photography and Alternative Concepts and Processes in Photography, as well as serving on jury and critique panels.
