Lolly Prinzen's award-winning company, Lolly Prinzen Catering, has brought the art of presentation, aroma and flavour together to make a memorable experience for the past 15 years. These components are the highlight of their everyday meals and special occasion feasts. Lolly has been a food columnist in Northumberland Today since 2007 and offers cooking classes both privately and through Loblaws Superstores. Specializing in gluten, wheat and yeast-free diets, Lolly will share some of her recipes for both gluten-free baking and of course, some everyday baking ideas, tips and tricks in her classes at Fleming College in Cobourg.
