Heather Wood

Haliburton School of The Arts

Heather Wood has been active in the arts since 1979. She possesses diplomas in Design Arts from both Georgian and Sheridan Colleges, and an Honours BA from the University of Waterloo. Since graduating, she has taught part time for numerous continuing educations departments, the Burlington Art Centre and the Canadian Clay and Glass Gallery. She has exhibited her work across Canada and in the US, Germany and Spain and is included in both private and public collections. Heather uses a kiln to fire and shape glass that is both painted with glass enamels and sandblasted. www.thebridgestudio.ca
