Hi to all! Welcome to Fleming College!
For over twenty years I have been a Professor within the School of Law, Justice and Community Services at Fleming College in Peterborough, Ontario. I have held a variety of teaching positions within the School.
In addition, I teach Criminology at Trent University and have previously taught Sociology courses for Athabasca University.
In my former lives, I was employed as a Constable with the Ontario Provincial Police and previously held various positions with the Ministry of Correctional Services.
I received my Ph.D. in Sociology and Equity Studies from the University of Toronto during 2001. Articles under manuscript consideration focus on the provincial perspective of police education and militarism within police services. When time permits, I love to travel, play musical instruments, exercise, garden, read and attempt to not fall off my motorcycle.
