Barbara Joy Peel has a busy pottery studio/gallery and has taught for the Haliburton Highlands Guild of Fine Arts and Fleming College for many years. She has won numerous awards for her work, including the Ontario Crafts Council Design Award at the Haliburton Highlands Guild of Fine Arts Summer Exhibition, many awards through the Guild of Fine Arts, and at the Sydney Easter Festival, Australia.
