Safety (for Well Construction)

This course illustrates the Regulations and Best Management Practices that result in the safety precautions that must be taken in order to avoid accidents during all phases of the construction of a well. Safety precautions before the job begins, during the job and when the job is complete are discussed. Details also include personal protective equipment, precautions for excavations, off-road movement, dealing with utilities, load security and WHMIS standards. These precautions are based on applicable Regulations and Best Management Practices. Discussions, videos, equipment samples, and case studies are used to emphasize learning for application on the job. "Director approved Course, O.
