Integrate theory with clinical practice in the operating room theatre with emphasis on the role of the scrub and circulating nurses. Demonstrate strict aseptic techniques in the care of the surgical patient and practice competencies in the use of instrumentation and participate in all phases of an individual's surgical experience. Pre-requisite: Specialized Nursing Skills for the Perioperative Patient (NRSG106)
