The Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO) has introduced Education Standards. The Education Standards will come into effect on July 1, 2009. The standards are based on the Travel Industry Act, 2002 and Ontario Regulation 26/05. To comply with the standards, individuals must pass the required on-line multiple choice exam.
