Project software which substantially increases the information processing capability of the Project Manager, allows work to be completed more efficiently. By learning to use a typical project management software program (MS Project 2003 and 2007) the student becomes familiar with functions of project planning and scheduling, resource allocation and costing, progress monitoring and reporting.
