Point and shoot cameras tend to be underestimated but are capable of taking great shots! Instruction will provide a brief overview of what your point and shoot camera can do ("Wow - I didn't know my camera could do that") and once you have explored the buttons, menus and switches you will be given mini assignments to practice your new found technical skill. Techniques that are sometimes associated with the more complex DSLR's can be used with these great little cameras - learn how much technology is packed your camera and how to produce well executed images. There will be an opportunity to view and critique a selection of some of images taken during the workshop. Please note there will be no digital manipulation involved.
