Experiment with processes that combine the sensuality of oils with the versatility of collage. Collage opens new avenues for formal exploration, narrative possibility, and surprising new creative processes. Each project draws upon different art historical figures, enabling you to deepen and inspire your creativity by learning techniques and concepts from cubism, pop art, and contemporary work. You are encouraged to develop your own ideas and passions, sharing discoveries with others in the class.
