Course Number: SOCI100
Without the necessary skills to deal with crisis situations, staff lack confidence, morale and overall quality of client service. This course provides training on how to handle assaultive, disruptive, or out-of-control behaviour. It provides a combination of verbal, non-verbal and physical intervention skills to enable staff to control crisis situations even during the most violent moments.
