Learn the basics of butter cream flat coating before you move on to covering mock and real cakes in the super smooth rolled fondant icing. In addition to decorating a traditional 2-tier wedding cake you'll also learn to make beautiful cupcakes. Cupcakes are all the rage when it comes to birthday parties, showers and even weddings. Traditional butter cream icing and rolled fondant will be used to create mini works of art.
