This course is a continuation of Business Finance I and covers Cost of Capital, Risk and Pricing of Options, Raising Debt and Equity Financing, a firm's Capital Structure and their Payout Policy. Financial Modelling is also discussed including Pro Forma Analyses, Forecasting Short-Term Financing and Working Capital Needs.
