This course will deal primarily with advertising strategy and execution within the context of larger marketing and corporate plans. The relationships between advertiser and agency, as well as creative media, are explored in depth based on theoretical and practical concepts. The course will emphasize the changing role of advertising and will apply concepts relevant to the present marketplace.Prerequisite: Marketing II or relevant experience.
