Funding Priorities

Student Financial Assistance:

Through the generosity of our donors, we are able to provide students with the opportunity to obtain bursaries and awards. Bursaries provide assistance to students who have financial need while awards provide assistance to students who demonstrate both financial need and strong academic standing.

Since the OTSS program's inception, Fleming College has raised over $1,194,000. Taking into consideration provincial government enhanced matched gifts, $3,238,000 in funding has been secured.

Last year, $185,340 was awarded to students through the bursary and awards program. Fleming College Advancement & Alumni Relations Office received over 1,276 bursary applications and was able to provide approximately only 17% of these students financial aid though the program.

With your support and commitment, we will continue to increase the number of available bursaries and awards while contributing to the success and development of Fleming College.

Athletic Financial Awards

Varsity sports have a positive influence on college life, working to enhance the student spirit and the Fleming College experience.

An athletic financial award offers Fleming students the freedom to concentrate on their academic and athletic pursuits with reduced financial worry.
